Duncan Millar graduated from Newcastle University in 2000 where he studied Business. Taking a year out after higher education to travel the World, Duncan’s first step into financial services was through a boutique recruitment agency. Based out of Moorgate, London, he spent the first years of his career recruiting qualified accountants into the top banks. After working independently introducing qualifying candidates to private companies and through genuine success he set up Consortium Investment Network to create a transparent and streamlined business structure.

Tom Bell aged 48, twice British cycling champion, originally from the North East. Through hard work, determination and a uniquely honest approach (an attribute not normally associated to a strong sales background) Tom worked his way up in NPower to become head sales coach. He then worked independently, coaching staff from various blue chip organisations under the name ABC Sales Solutions. More recently Tom has been working alongside Duncan, introducing qualifying investors into private British companies. The Consortium Investment’s network is growing daily, testament to the companies they represent.
